I’m certain that letter writer Richard T. Webb is absolutely correct that Del. Christopher Bouchat’s bill to end vehicle emissions inspections will never get out of committee (“Don’t expect bill to eliminate vehicle inspections to succeed,” Oct. 29). With all the lottery tickets and scratch-offs, traffic cameras, etc., it’s obvious the state is only interested in one thing: what’s in your wallet!
