New Mexico pioneers free childcare, eliminates income limits starting Nov. 1

New Mexico is removing income eligibility limits for its Child Care Assistance Program, meaning any family can apply. New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham said the initiative will save parents around $12,000 a year.
