Georgia Supreme Court declines to hear DA’s appeal of removal from Trump case

The decision by the Georgia Supreme Cout in a 4-3 vote comes after a December ruling by the Georgia Court of Appeals that disqualified Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis because of an "appearance of impropriety" stemming from her alleged romantic relationship with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade, whom she had appointed to lead the case.
