FOX45: Baltimore Oyster Partnership sets goal to plant 5M oysters by 2030

The Baltimore Oyster Partnership launched its 13th season of oyster restoration with a splash — literally — at Harbor East Marina on Tuesday, and organizers announced a bold new goal: planting 5 million oysters in the Baltimore Harbor by 2030.
